In my role as Creative Producer for the "Fightworld" trailer and its accompanying marketing assets, I led the charge from concept through to final production. Alongside a talented, cross-functional team, we tackled everything from script development to creative execution, ensuring every piece aligned with the vision and brand identity.
My responsibilities were extensive and included:
- Script writing
- Storyboarding
- Animation
- Lighting
- Editing
- Management
With a limited budget but big ambitions from the stakeholders, I opted for a stylized animation style focused on strong poses and eye-catching visuals.
We created a comprehensive trailer that encapsulated the essence of "Fightworld," and then I broke it down into smaller creatives, focusing more on gameplay to craft an eye-catching marketing campaign for the soft launch phase.
We also introduced a novel engagement strategy to boost our game's Discord community. By offering in-game currency rewards for joining the server, we created a direct incentive for players to connect and engage more deeply with the game and its community.

This approach paid off, with our campaign achieving its set objectives and significantly enhancing engagement within our target audience. However, sustaining long-term player engagement proved to be a challenge.
Reflecting on these experiences has been insightful, providing valuable lessons on the nuances of player retention and community building.
